Health & Safety
​
We take special precautions to limit the spread of germs while face painting.
​
- One sponge per guest, and sponges are thoroughly cleansed between events.
​
- Brushes are washed with antibacterial soapy water and rinsed between each guest.
​
- Our professional face paints contain antibacterial ingredients to limit the spread and growth of bacteria.
​
- If your child is ill, please refrain from having their face painted. We can offer an arm paint instead if the child is masked. Please give us a heads up! Face painters don't like getting sick either!

- Please ensure your child's face is clean prior to face painting - no crumbs, sticky cotton candy or boogers please!

Payment
​
A 30% non-refundable retainer fee will be required to hold your booking. This is subtracted from your total payment. The retainer fee is paid via e-transfer or cash drop-off. If the artist cannot attend your event due to extreme weather conditions and hazardous driving, your retainer fee will be refunded. If your booking must be rescheduled, the retainer fee will be applied to the new booking. The remainder of payment can be paid upon arrival at the event in the form of cash or e-transfer.

Travel Fee
​
There is no travel fee for locations within Sault Ste. Marie and Garden River. Outside of these locations, a $1/km fee (one-way) will be applied to your total quote. For example, if your location is a 60km drive from Sault Ste. Marie, there will be a $60 travel fee. There is a 2-hour minimum booking for any event 40km or further from Sault Ste. Marie.

Artist Cancellation
​
If the artist falls ill, we will do our best to contact you in a timely manner and organize a replacement artist of equal professionalism. If we are unable to find a replacement, your retainer fee will be fully refunded and you will receive a discount on a future booking as our apology.
